I launched Complete Restoration & Cleaning Services in 2009. To say that I’m passionate about my business is an understatement. I unfortunately meet home owners on some of their worst days. This gives me a special opportunity to connect with them on a personal level. I thrive on providing each of my customers with exceptional service and educating them throughout the project. My number one priority is to make sure each of our customers know that we care about them and that we will do our absolute best job for them. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching football, doing all things outdoors and walking my dogs.

Lisa Falcon

Director of Operations/CFO

I have been with Complete Restoration since 2015. I am a graduate of Holton High School.  I was a former banker of 32 years. I met Jon when I wrote his mortgage loan back in 1998. I love to help people, and working here allows me to do just that; especially when it’s an emergency they had happen in their home. I wear many hats at Complete such as Marketing, HR, Payroll, Bookkeeping, etc. My husband and I enjoy taking vacations and are always planning our next trip. We enjoy music and attend as many concerts as we can each year. We also ride motorcycles and plan day trips to escape when the Michigan weather permits.

Austin Goldberg

Technician

I have been working for Complete Restoration since  January 2019. I am a graduate of Holton High School.   Our projects are always changing. I like that every day is different and that I can utilize my work skills at home. I love the work I do and being able to help so many people. Also, couldn’t be me without the team! Outside of work, I have quite a few hobbies. I enjoy fishing, longboarding, snowboarding, and golf.  One day I would like to base jump from a building.

Jacob Covey

I started at Compete Restoration in August of 2023. I am a graduate of Whitehall High School. I love to golf when I am not at work. I hope to travel around the world.  The reason I like to work here is the variety of work we do and because of the people.

Brody Panozzo

I am a recent graduate of Muskegon Community College with my Associate’s Degree.  I was working for Complete as contract labor in April 2025 and was hired in May 2025.  I’m enjoying learning this trade and working with such a great team!

Christopher Vollink

Chris joined our team back in November 2025 after moving back to the area.  He is a graduate of Whitehall High School and attended MCC and Grand Valley.   He enjoys gaming and cooking when not working.  He loves THE PEOPLE most about the work we do here.

Kaiden Pickard

Kaiden joined our team back in December 2025.  He is a student at the Muskegon Career Tech Center and at Oak Ridge High School and will graduate in May 2026.  He enjoys bowling and racing in his free time.  He hopes to one day have a 300 game in bowling and would like to win a big show in street stock racing.   He likes working with us because it’s a more family-like environment.   He is learning everything about restoration and how we help our customers through some difficult situations.

Jordan Sohasky

Jordan joined our team in February of 2026.  He has a background in construction, which fits in perfectly with what we do.  He is also a graduate of Whitehall High School- go Vikings!

Collin Leech

Collin joined our team in February of 2026 with prior experience in Remediation work.   He has his WRT certificate from the IICRC.  He graduated from Fruitport, loves the outdoors, and recently became the father of a handsome little boy.  He and his wife are over the moon.   He likes remediation work as it is always something new every day.
